Mechanical billet clamp

Application: transport of billets. Billets refer to single-layer or multi-layer slabs, and square billets. Reasonable price.

Features:

 1. A gravity hoisting device is used to control the opening and closing of the clamp.

 2. The clamp uses the large clamping force generated by a lever device and the friction generated by the clamping force to clamp the slabs.

 3. The clamp has two pairs of removable jaws which are forged with high-strength alloy steel, and then surfacing welded with hard alloy welding rod after the heat treatment, and thus feature red hardness, high strength and high flexibility.

 4. The clamp can be connected with lifting hooks and form several structures. For long slabs, the clamp can be designed to have three pairs of legs.

 5. The arms and the arm-connecting section of the clamp are I-shaped or T-shaped. The link part with the shaft has a jacketed structure that features high rigidity and durability.

 6. The clamp used for the lifting of high-temperature billets is lubricated from the oil feeding hole. The clamp used for the lifting of normal-temperature billets is lubricated by the lubricants stored in the oil groove.                        External and installation dimensions
